Il lavoro ibrido e la mobilitazione verso l’alto delle conoscenze - Una prospettiva di affordance
This in-depth qualitative research explores the implications arising from the intersection between the space–time affordances activated within the “relational space” during hybrid work and knowledge flows, from the perspective of a key organizational actor, namely the middle manager. The study highlights that the shift in these affordances constitutes an obstacle for middle managers in transmitting knowledge created at lower levels upwards, a condition that becomes destabilizing for learning cycles across different organizational levels, preventing the recombination of interconnected stages of the collective learning process: knowledge creation and knowledge transfer.
