On issue: 

Italian economy grounds on large number of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, which are  characterized by lacking activities formalization, centralization on the entrepreneur of decisions making and venture capitals and high ability to adapt to environment changes in rising and dynamic context. This work is based having knowledge of that competitiveness of “smaller” units should depending to interrelation between market informative types, implemented organization structures and management control. This paper would examines how economical subjects perceived information technologies to support business decisions and management control. It is divided in two logical parts. In the first one we examine evolution of management control definition and main Italian Small and Medium-sized Businesses distinctive features. In the second one we introduce theoretical reference context and the method used to project this research.
