Processi di valorizzazione e gestione del Patrimonio Culturale: alcune riflessioni negli scenari della complessità
Cultural and environmental goods are important tools for tourism, being a strong driver for socio-economic development; by their attractiveness, they are able to improve good and services chains. They are agents for competitive advantage not because they directly produced income, but because they favourite positive externalities. They can produce or favourite synergies with craft activities, a renewal of ancient jobs in complex socio-economic systems where wishes go on needs. This circle produces significant and also unexpected economic and financial effects, on the occupational horizon too, just as consequence of the virtuous circle begun in the different economic sector.
Aim of the “chain of the beautiful” is to produce an integrated network of the touristic offer. Development in this sector can be generated if socio-economic and lovely needs are managed in coherence with life styles, biological, ecological and cultural aspects typical of the region. So, organizational logics – whose nature is much more a cognitive system composed by persons in relation with a market-environment mutually influenced by specific value systems – can be introduced in order to favourite flexibility and resilience, in place of hierarchical models, using learning organization, team organization, network, and knowledge management. Especially network – more than an effective and efficient organizational tool – becomes a clear imagine of new relations among different knowhow in the change logics: so, for example, urban fabric shows strong interaction with environment and landscape, that asks for new and different ways for using cultural goods.
