Le determinanti dell’IT governance e la creazione di valore

IT governance is the set of subjects, procedures, activities exploited to drive the IT in companies towards value creation. IT governance is pursued implementing an IT governance model, taking into account both business strategies, organizational architecture and returns expected from IT. It is necessary to consider all these determinants, to design the best IT governance model for each company, with the aim to orient IT investment decisions aligned with the business goals, especially in the long term.
