ICT governance is acquiring more and more importance in companies; it requires human resources especially devoted to ICT governance, with the right competences to face complex, heterogeneous and fast changing activities. These competencies regard not only technical topics, but also business ones. It needs a careful evaluation of ICT governance human resources skills, the assessment of gaps between owned and required skills, and consequently specific training programs.
