Are there companies in the Veneto that show performance indicators even stronger after the 2008 global crisis? If there are, what are their characteristics and to what extent they differ from those that undergo the new post-crisis context? In general, this research has outlined a framework of high polarization. It is no longer size, location or sector that determine the wealth of the companies, but their internal features give a greater ability to adapt. Crispi Sport case study presented disclose its drivers of success. Excellent companies do not generate cost efficiencies, given a certain level of revenues, but the level of quality in products and services generate revenues.
