At present, entering into the discussion upon CSR is like entering an ever open cultural yard, even if attention and investment dedicated by managers to that theme are slightly shrinking.
While discussing the subject of CSR, people are however forgetting an elementary truth of business administration : in principle, firms are created for making outputs well thought of by the public , that is for engaging in good works, without cheating and/or abusing the market. The problem of good and correct administration aims at solutions which are not so different from the solutions focused by the exercise of a meaningful responsibility towards the social system.
